Goals
So a day or two ago I was thinking about what I wanted my bench press to be at before I have to get a surgery done that will lay me out for a month or two. So I just got back from the gym recently, and well I feel the need to point out a few things.
1. People really should only work out in athletic apparel. Stuff like polos, non athletic shorts, jeans, swim suits, other odd stuff, just doesn’t have a place in the gym.

I’m playing around here trying to figure shit out. Much better use of my time.
