Scream(an epic of sound)

You find your self in a room
facing a grand old mirror
You see your reflection, looking back at you
You blink
Your reflection changed, it is a younger one of you
You blink again, again and again
Thinking you eyes are playing tricks
But every time, your reflection gets younger and younger
‘Till it is nothing more than a babe in a blanket
You open your moth ti protest
You reflection opens it’s mouth and Screams
An ungodly, unholy, unearthly, inhuman Scream
It brings you to your knees, your ears bleed
your eyes water and you pray for it to end
You a shattering sound, praying it was the mirror
You look
The mirror is fine, and the refection gone
You realized that is not the mirror that you heard but
The sound of your reality shattering
The Scream persists
You hear Satan’s cackle and Angels weeping
You hear the sound of dogs barking and people moaning
The sound of shattering stones and splintering tress
Voices of raving lunatics, preaching pastors, and silent monks
You hear your mother’s crying and your father’s scorn
The whispers of the muses on the wind
The howl of a hurricane
Sounds of Metal twisting, bones breaking, flesh tearing, blood vessels rupturing
The clap of thunder and the drum of rain
Your baby’s first sound and your mother’s last breath
Gunshots and explosions
The roar of the hell fire
The hissing tide, the crashing waves
The echos of the past and the promise of the future
Your wedding bells and your funeral song
The sound of a blade sliding through flesh
The moan of lovers in heat
The sound of every you know and love, falling apart
The pieces that once fell in place are now falling away
The sound of the sky being torn open
The sound of the earth being torn part
The sounding of the 7th trumpet, God’s murmur, Angel’s songs
You listen as your own soul is being torn asunder
You listen as your reality ceases to exsist
