This is a post workout meal done right.
Today’s pre workout meal- bacon, black coffee, and a burning desire to lift heavy things.
7 pancakes, 6 pieces of bacon, 2 1/2 cups of milk later…

I made coffee and bacon, while wearing flannel. Great way to start off the day off or the Greatest way to start the day off?
So today…
Me and my friends grilled out in the dark. We candied some bacon, and put that shit on everything. On burgers, with hot dogs, it was delicious. Greatest food idea we have had ever.
